payment + ordering.

I will send one preliminary sketch to make sure the design is headed in a direction you like. If you want major changes, this is the only stage at which I will do them. Make sure you have provided all relevant details in your order.
For emoji designs, I do not send a preliminary sketch.
After this preliminary sketch is approved, I require payment in full. I will not continue to work until I am paid.
Prices are generally flexible; cost is based on the amount of work that goes into a design, and because of the loose nature of my design process, I’ll know what the final price will be after the sketch is done. I will provide an estimate when I confirm the initial order.
You are free to cancel at any point before I start work proper (anything beyond sketch) with no repercussions. Once you have paid and I’ve started work, I will not refund you. Please make sure you can afford to commission me.
Prices will never increase for pending orders. Even if the price of your commission type increases while yours is pending, ongoing commissions will not be affected. Price increases will apply to all new orders. I’m not aiming to gouge anyone.
If you notice that once your commission is listed on my example page, it’s priced higher than you paid, don’t worry! I retroactively adjust costs as I learn and draw more, to better reflect the time I put into them. You didn’t underpay, and there was no mistake.

Make sure you provide all relevant details in your form. If you fail to mention a critical detail and expect me to make major changes once I’ve begun, I will likely increase the price to account for the additional time. Any subsequent major changes will result in me cancelling your order. I cannot overstate this: be prepared when you order.
Fill out the following google form, and please note that every form should contain the information for exactly one commission. If you want to order multiple, fill out a form for each!
If the form is closed, that means my slots are full. Check my twitter, toyhouse, or deviantart for more detail on how my queue is looking. When I’m ready for more orders, I’ll post everywhere.
To see if your commission has been accepted and to keep tabs on progress, check out my trello linked below!
Do note: This is my first time formally taking commissions like this, so there will likely be some bumps. Bear with me as I figure it out!
Also note that my ability to work is dependent on my mental health, as well as how bad my migraines and headaches are. If there are changes, I’ll keep you posted.
