Here you can find examples of what I offer. If you’d like something different from what’s listed here, feel free to discuss with me.

Do note, however, that I am offering a design service.
I am not going to draw your existing character as-is. Alternate forms are fine, but these are not standard commissions.

That being said, I’ll design based on practically anything. For more details, see my TOS section.

standard designs

These are the standard options; your typical sketches, lines, flats and more. The craziest this category gets is with rainbow shading— ignoring, of course, the designs themselves. Ideal for showcasing the design itself for reference purposes.

Loose and meant to get the concept of a design down. More concerned with the shapes and form than neatness. I can include the base sketch + the refined version on top, in any colour you like, or just skip straight to black.

These typically have a more dynamic pose.

coloured fullbody sketch;;

A slightly more refined sketch with colour and minimal effects. Ideal for getting a more complete idea of a design down.
By far my most popular category.

These typically have a more dynamic pose.

lines, flats, and shading;;

A tighter, much cleaner option. Whether you're interested in just lines, shaded lines, or flats, this is the area for you.

Default pose is a left-facing standing profile for ease of reference. A more dynamic pose will likely cost more.

Lines only start at $25.
Lines and shading start at $35.
Flats start at $35.

These are the shading styles I offer. Any shading type can be used on any commission type, except candy crash which always uses, perhaps predictably, the candy shading.

Only candy shading adds any extra cost.

fully rendered;;

A fully polished piece. Comes with full shading, highlights, a colour palette, and options to also receive the flats alone for refs.

Default pose is a left-facing standing profile for ease of reference. A more dynamic pose will cost more.

experimental designs

This section is for those who want a bit more mystery, or maybe a little more chaos. By definition, these options are even more artist's choice than the standards; by ordering one of these, you agree to let me go ham with the piece.

This section also includes my Sugimori-style Pokémon art.

blacklit;;

Stark contrast and bright highlights make these stand out, as well as add an air of otherness to the design. Not at all suitable for reference. Do note that the pricing on these is much more in flux due to the nature of the design process.

Default is fullbody; smaller pieces can be discussed.

for NightVale on FR;; medium design, $45

candy crash;;

Violent rainbows and eye-searing colour are the norm here. Works best with high-contrast colour schemes, as I alter the flat colours to include rainbows on top of the prismatic shading. Not suitable at all for reference, and comes with a strong eyestrain warning.

Fullbody only.

emoji designs;;

Ever want to see what a floppy disc, cherry, and alien head would mash together to create? Yes? Then you’ve found the right section.
These are the most artist’s choice of all my design styles. You send me two to three emoji* that you want to see turned into a design, and I come back with the finished design.
Past the emoji choice, everything is up to me. Think of them as custom knitted scarves: you pick the yarn, but I choose the pattern.

I do not send a preliminary sketch for this style. If the resulting design is not to your taste, you may resell but I will not refund you.

This is also the only section you can get human designs!

*if I cannot make the design work with the emoji selected (though this has only happened once), I’ll contact you to work out how to proceed.

These are $20; + $5 or more for roses or complex flowers

sugimori style;;

For the past several years, some friends and I have been working on a Pokémon fanregion, populated entirely by fakemon of our own design. I’ve been chipping away at the Sugimori-style official art for them, and I’m at the point where I’m confident enough to offer this as a commission type.
I’m happy to either design you a fakemon, or do the official art of your design for wikis or use in fangames.

Due to the nature of both the design process and the fact that these are intended as assets, communication is key here. I will be much more picky about which orders I take for this style.

Price is heavily dependant on complexity level and what the fakemon is based on.
